Add your motto

Now it's your turn to play an important role in World MS Day 2013. Share your motto and inspire the world! We're looking for words of inspiration that get you through even the most challenging of times – mottos that will motivate people around the world to make the most of every day and help raise awareness of World MS Day.

Writing a motto is a bit like writing a tweet on Twitter. Each motto must be a maximum of 140 characters long (you can fit a lot in a little space) and you will need to assign it to only one of three themes: identity, relationships or the future. For example your motto could be: 'Never forget to live for the moment' and would fit under the theme 'the future'.

We hope that's got you ready to share your motto.
